‘Today Paul Roberts coached his last game for the United team, the Club wishes to thank him for the superb service on the the Coaching side and team management, his efforts to maintain our United team have been vital for the future of the Club. He has developed the squad enabling a number of players to progress to our 1st XV. Paul also has an important role as treasurer of the Club where he will continue.
Today both his sons came on to play against Bristol Saracens and is a great achievement for his family, they both have a great future at Lydney RFC, we hope you like the picture.’
