It is with great delight I can announce that Rhys Oakley will be re-joining us for next season, as Head coach.
Rhys has previously spent time with Lydney prior to covid.
He is an exceptional coach, and will bring in a wealth of experience. Having worked alongside him before I know how beneficial he will be for this young hungry Lydney squad.
He will work alongside club stalwarts Paul Kiely and Paul Price in the forwards, who were both pivotal in us getting promoted last season.
As a club we are striving to improve every aspect of what we can offer as a rugby product, on and off the field.
Bringing coaches like Rhys to the club will only enhance that.
