Happy New Year Severnsiders 🏉

Everyone at Lydney RFC from the committee, players and coaching staff would like to wish you all a very happy new year.

The whole club from the Juniors to the Seniors go into the new year with a great winning mentality, And big optimism for what the future holds in what looks like a very exciting time for Lydney RFC. None of this would of been possible if it wasn’t for the supporters and volunteers working day in, day out at Regentsholme making the club what it is today.

The crowds both at home and travelling to away fixtures this year have been fantastic and the team are proud to be able to reward you all with the great recent form. The players have trained over the Christmas period and have shown impressive commitment by doing the conditioning programmes set out by S & C coach Max Addey. Over 25 players trained last night preparing for next week’s away fixture against St Austell, In what will be a top end of the table clash. With a large support travelling we will be looking to make it 7 in a row and really push for the promotion places.
