This Saturday the 1st XV and the United will be making the short trip to Cleve RFC in Bristol. Lydney will be looking to build off last weekends home win against Chew Valley and try to climb themselves up the table, with 3 home games coming up in the next 5 games the Severnsiders know a good result would give them a great chance to be in a positive position going into Christmas.
Cleve currently coached by former Harlequins, Bristol, Gloucester and Bath Hooker Chris Brooker and current Samoa International Fly-Half Tusi Pisi currently sit 11th in the table on 16 points winning 3 games and losing 5. Cleve will know how important this game will be for them as loss could see them starting to cut a drift from the rest of the table.
